Appointment & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking an appointment

• You can book online, by phone on 920 019 480, or via WhatsApp on 053 528 8199.
• Online bookings are received as requests and are confirmed by our team. You will be contacted if the selected time is not available.
• Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm or update your appointment.
• Appointments for patients under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who should attend the visit.

2. Before your visit

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration.
• Bring your national ID or Iqama, your insurance card (if applicable), and any previous reports, test results or medications.
• Follow any preparation instructions we give you, such as fasting before certain laboratory tests.

3. Late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so other patients are not delayed. We will always try to accommodate you where possible.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

• If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
• This allows us to offer the time to another patient.
• Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect future online booking.

5. Changes by OMETRA

Occasionally we may need to reschedule an appointment due to clinician availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.

6. Fees and insurance

Consultation and treatment fees, and insurance coverage, depend on the service and your insurance provider. Please contact us before your visit if you have questions about costs or coverage.

7. Emergencies

Online booking is not for emergencies. If you need urgent care, call 997 or 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
